Adventurers' Guild of Altea
The Adventurers’ Guild was founded around 600 years ago by what is commonly called as the “First Party,” composed of: a dwarf knight, elf elementalist, Beastfolk mystic (the exact species is different on its retelling), a human magician, and a human paladin of some old, forgotten god. Originally founded as a way for fighters and mages to pool their efforts in defeating the last remnants of the fiends’ armies, it grew to stretch far across Altea and slowly became a guild that helped those who needed a warrior’s blade to solve their problem.
Nowadays, the Guild has a chapter in almost every major city. They accept any job that carries the risk of injury—even death—through combat, from investigating crimes and murders, apprehending killers, slaying monsters, and destroying cults.
